Cindy was born and raised in the Bay Area and has lived in the city of Alameda for more than 25 years. She graduated top of her class, Summa Cum Laude, with a degree in Marketing Management and held various sales and project management positions before she earned her Real Estate Brokers license in 2001.
Over the next several years, she formed Prime Realty & Investments and BayPointe Real Estate Group, both specializing in the sales of residential and income-producing properties in the Bay Area. In 2004, she expanded her career into New Homes sales as a Sales Consultant for Warmington Homes, where she and her team sold more than 250 new homes in the Bayport community of Alameda.
As the Broker and Owner of Prime Realty & Investments, Cindy and her team of agents bring more than 30 years of real estate experience and market knowledge to the company. In addition, Cindy and her team are fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin and Tagalog.
